So glad this is over. Considering that all of the finalists would be first-time managers, there is no way of knowing who would be better than who, so it’s just good to have it over with.

On to the roster makeover!

I just want to know who the pitching coach is going to be. Hope that’s the next thing they take care of.

Stottlemyer (I can never spell that right) has expressed interest in staying and redeeming himself – I guess we’ll see if Zduriencik is into redemption…

I don’t know if you’ll actually receive this as a reply, Jon, since the responses that come into my email for some reason no longer have a direct ‘reply’ link, but I, too, am totally relieved. I know we’ll all have to wait for a press conference and maybe some other hirings/firings, but at the very least maybe we’ll soon get to find out what’s going to happen to Raul.
