That was an interesting yet annoying experiment.

I dropped my Twitter account, as it was being besieged by spammers and other annoyances that I frankly don’t feel like dealing with. Somehow, I also nearly wound up with computer viruses on my brand new laptop, and I’m just not interested. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll miss the convenience of being able to talk to some people, but I don’t need the headache of being basically computer illiterate and trying to fend off spammers and people who want me to click on their porn links. This coupled with the fact that Twitter’s “support” is basically worthless, and I’m done.

So, no more Twitter. I’ll try not to cry too hard.
