Shannon seemed to think the Gonzalez thing was a possibility because we have good trade relations with the Padres. It seems like there are some people who are still waiting for Zduriencik to make that Bavasi move for a player, and I have to be honest, I don’t think it will happen. If he gets us a good one, it’ll be way below market price, or it’ll be at least more reasonable than, say, what the Yankees might pay.

I’m concerned I might not be able to GO to Opening Day specifically because of school – but thanks for trying to lighten my mood. :)

Adrian Gonzalez would be Really Nice…..But, the players it would cost us…..I think it would give me a heartattack.
I cant See the Padres trading him, it would be like the Mariners trading Ichiro…..but a Branyan and Gonzalez 1B-DH combo…now that would be Juicy.

and think Positive….it might take over a year for school…but Opening Day is a little over 4 months away.
