I’ve been looking through my collection of photos while trying to come up with an idea for a weekly photo post (will most likely start on Fridays of the New Year, after I have further time to organize), and found this picture, taken toward the end of the 2008 season, when I had gone to an Angels game by myself after finding a $15 ticket for a lower deck infield section being sold on StubHub because of how awful we were:
It’s a little blurry because the guy kept moving the sign, so I didn’t have time to focus at all, but there are obviously people there who got the joke, and even though they had Diamond Club seats, you can see they completely understand (and most likely agree with) this guy’s point.
I know that I and many others have said this a billion times, but thank you Jack Zduriencik, and thank you Seattle Mariners.

The turnaround since 2008 has been absolutely amazing.
