I was just on my way back to West Seattle via the West Seattle bridge. As some of you may or may not be aware, the West Seattle Bridge runs very close to Boeing and jet planes are landing constantly, descending slowly over the bridge to get to the runway. Normally, most of these planes are FedEx or UPS, or some small little plane likely owned by a private pilot or someone wealthy. About 10 minutes ago, however, there was a simple white plane with a logo on it’s tail that I didn’t recognize until it was flying right over and in front of me. I was so excited about it that I actually called a few people to tell them – not that they care, but I thought it was pretty sweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to announce that the Texas Rangers have just touched down in Seattle.
